Milan, Italy and Barcelona, Spain – December 2, 2015: Alectris, a leading global innovator in solar asset management, and Optimal Sun, a specialist in Operation and Maintenance of solar PV installations in Spain, today announced their partnership to provide energy optimization strategies to the approximately 4.7 Gigawatts (GWs) of photovoltaic installed in Spain. The centerpiece of the partnership is Alectris’ award-winning ERP software platform for Solar Asset Management, which will be translated into Spanish for use by Spanish solar plant owners and investors. The companies will also collaborate on the implementation of best practices in Operation and Maintenance, leveraging their global market experience, in order to improve the efficiency of solar PV systems in Spain and Portugal.

This collaboration expands Alectris’ presence in the global solar energy market. The company currently operates in Greece, Italy, Jordan and the United States. This alliance is equally interesting for Alectris’ Italian-based customers, many of whom own solar PV plants in Spain.
